Terracina Apartments Phase II adds 100 multifamily units and 3,500 sf of retail to the successful & established Terracina luxury apartments in Broomfield. Phase II achieved a rezoning from retail to high density residential, a comprehensive plan amendment and site development plan approval in 2014. Upon completion, the project will offer additional outdoor amenities to all residents of the Terracina Apartments.
SW Development Group selected the team and facilitated the entitlement strategy, financial underwriting, design management and negotiations with the City of Broomfield on behalf of the Owner Griffis Residential.
